What is included in a stick pack line?
A line can connect product feeding, dosing, form-fill-seal equipment and downstream pack handling. The equipment scope depends on your product, pack and production brief.
Can the line package powder, liquid and granule products?
COTECH can configure a line for each of these product types. Filling equipment and product-contact parts are selected for the actual material rather than assumed to be interchangeable.
How do I choose between a single-lane and multi-lane line?
Share your target output, dose, stick dimensions, available floor space and downstream process. Those details help determine the appropriate lane count and handling stages.
Can downstream handling be integrated?
Yes. We can discuss pack transfer and other handling stages as part of the line scope. The layout should be defined against your actual process and output target.
