An auger filler is a practical starting point for fine, dusty or less free-flowing powders. Screw rotation and the filling path are configured against the target dose and the way the material moves through the hopper. A product trial is the right way to assess repeatability with a real powder.
Powder flow is only part of the process. Dust near the seal, humidity sensitivity and product build-up can affect pack quality and cleaning time. COTECH reviews these details with the sachet dimensions, film and sealing method rather than treating every powder as the same application.
The machine can be configured for single-lane or multi-lane production, with feeding, coding, inspection and downstream collection considered as part of the project brief. The final equipment specification follows a review of your samples and production goals.

Formats
This machine family is planned for measured powder portions in flat sachets. Filling weight, sachet width and height, seal width, lane count and output are defined for each product and production brief.
A sachet can be designed for direct consumer use or for collection into a display box or carton. Share the required finished pack and any downstream handling steps early so the full process can be planned together.
Laminates
Heat-sealable multilayer films are commonly considered for powder sachets. Barrier and sealant layers depend on moisture sensitivity, shelf-life target, distribution conditions and the expected opening experience.
If you already have a film structure, send its specification and roll sample. Alternative or lower-impact materials can be reviewed through sealing and handling trials before compatibility is confirmed.
