Liquid Stick Pack Machine
COTECH designs and manufactures liquid stick pack machines for measured single-serve portions. Filling, seal design and single- or multi-lane layouts are selected around your product's viscosity, pack format and target output.
CONTACT USWhich Filling Systems Are Suitable for Packaging Liquids?
The filling approach depends on how your product flows. A low-viscosity drink or supplement and a thick honey, sauce or gel can require different pump, piston and nozzle arrangements. A sample trial helps confirm the fill path, portion repeatability and clean shut-off for the actual liquid.
Filling is only part of a reliable stick pack. Foaming, stringing, particulates and product on the seal area can affect pack appearance and leak resistance. COTECH reviews the product, nozzle position, film and sealing conditions together before confirming a configuration.
Single-lane and multi-lane layouts can be planned around the required output and available space. Coding, inspection, counting and downstream collection are considered alongside the pack dimensions so the machine fits the full production process.

Formats
Stick width and length, target fill volume, seal layout and lane count are defined from the liquid and finished-pack brief. A slim stick pack can suit measured servings of sauces, syrups, liquid supplements and personal-care products.
Tell us whether sticks will be sold individually, grouped in strips or collected into cartons. The intended use and downstream handling help determine the finished pack and line arrangement.
Laminates
Heat-sealable films for liquid stick packs are evaluated for product compatibility, required barrier, seal strength and distribution conditions. The suitable structure depends on the liquid and the intended shelf life and opening experience.
If you have a proposed laminate, send its specification and a roll sample. Seal integrity, film tracking and machinability should be confirmed with the actual product rather than assumed from a generic material list.
Product Samples
Real products on the market illustrate liquid and semi-liquid stick pack formats. These third-party brands are packaging references, not COTECH customers or products. Final pack design is confirmed with your own liquid and film samples.
